Amtrak Misadventures

So today I was scheduled to take a 5:40 AM train out of Raleigh to Washington D.C.
The train didn’t get to Raleigh till after 9AM, which wasn’t fun at all with no “soft” seating, to lay down on. But, once on the train it was mostly nice. Got to view lots of small towns in Virginia, and the seats are much more spacious than airplanes, giving you real ability to stretch your legs out.
Now I’m in D.C. and ready for a great weekend with my parents
